Distinctive Rolling Mill Platforms

TMT BAR Rolling Mill Plant
TMT Re-bars (Thermo Mechanically Treated) are generally hot-rolled from steel billets and are subjected to a programmable logic controller (P.L.C.) for the thermo-mechanical treatment. The three major stages of conversion of steel billets into TMT re-bars are:
1. Quenching
2. Self Tempering
3. Atmospheric Cooling

This process produces a high strength bar from inexpensive low carbon steel.

TMT-Rerolling Mill

Specialist in executing Steel Plant projects on Turnkey basis.

Wire Rod Rolling Mill Plant

Wire Rod Rolling Mill Plant is installed for rolling of Billets into wire rod. The company is able to produce high quality Wire Rod & H.B. Wire in an efficient & cost effective manner. These products are used for various applications including Binding wire, Gl wire, Barbed wire for fencing, Armoured sealed wire for heavy electrical cables, Nut bolts, Nails, screws, Alpine, Wire ropes, Wire mesh etc. 

We can install steel plants to manufacture Wire Rod up to 500,000 tonnes per annum.

Structure Rolling Mill Plant

Structural shape rolling uses profile rolling techniques where the workpiece is passed through a series of flatteners (of larger magnitude than that of common rolling devices) that match the workpiece cross-section. We can configure the plant according to the customerâ€Ââ„¢s specification, required shape and Sections including optimization of size & length with horizontal/universal mill stands.

4 Project Timelines

Mill Erection and commissioning requires 6 to 12 months of time period and is subjected to the availability of plant, layout plan and all equipments at site as well as the civil foundation work and specifically upon the type and productivity of the mill.
For specific requirements and large scale implementation, segregation of the time required for erection and commissioning for let say, wire rod and TMT bar mill could be as below:
1. 40 MT/Hr. Walking Hearth Billet Furnace need 90 days for erection with all respect
2. Mill streamline: Wire Rod and Bar Mill need 150 days for erection
3. Post rolling area from TMT line to cold shear and Wire Rod Line need 90 days
4. After cold shear to finishing area including chain transfer, sub bundle and bundle forming area needs 100 days. This also includes the utilities like Water Complex and its Pipeline as well as compressor complex including pneumatic pipeline etc within battery limits.
Further to say, we understand your requirements and the value of time, we always adhere to the timelines in strict manner. We do the analysis of the complete work required, Layout plan and availability of the workforce, based on which only we finalised the timelines.
